Job summary

PRM Group in Lisburn is seeking a Catering Assistant to support daily kitchen operations, ensuring high hygiene standards and smooth service. You will assist with meal service, maintain cleanliness, handle stock and deliveries, and support till operations as needed.

The role requires Basic Food Hygiene, experience in a similar environment is preferred, and a cooperative team player will thrive in this setting. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm, with potential holiday-time changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen in compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Provide meal service duties during service times.

• Receive and store food deliveries as required.
• Restock food operational areas including vending machines and fridges.
• Operate the till and support general operational duties.

Catering Assistant (Ref No: CA26/02)

Job Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the general day to day running of the kitchen in compliance with hygiene regulations


• Service of meal time duties


• Maintenance of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving areas


• Receipt and storage of food supply deliveries when required


• Restock of all food operational areas i.e. vending machines and fridges


• Operation of till


• Other operational duties when required

The successful candidate will have Basic Food Hygiene, ideally have experience working in a similar environment and can work as part of a team.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm (hours may be subject to change during holiday times).
