Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Contract C&I Engineer for a major refinery turnaround at Stanlow, working from planning through to shutdown execution and commissioning. The role is a 2-year contract with standard site hours, on site, focusing on RFCC and cracking units within a COMAH environment.

Are you an experienced C&I Engineer with a background in oil refinery turnarounds? Have you worked on RFCC or cracking units within a COMAH environment? Fancy a long-term contract that takes you all the way from planning through to shutdown execution?
You’ll be joining the planning and preparation team for a major oil refinery turnaround at Stanlow, focused on the Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking (RFCC) unit. The role runs from planning and preparation through to execution readiness, ahead of a shutdown starting in January 2028. You’ll work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Turnaround teams to get the C&I scope shutdown-ready.
