Job summary

Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Contract C&I Engineer for a major refinery turnaround at Stanlow, working from planning through to shutdown execution and commissioning. The role is a 2-year contract with standard site hours, on site, focusing on RFCC and cracking units within a COMAH environment.

You will review the C&I scope, prepare MOH documentation, develop detailed work packs, and coordinate vendor activities across SIS, DCS and PLCs, ensuring readiness ahead of the January

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in oil refining or COMAH facilities.
• Experience in refinery turnaround planning and preparation.
• Experience with RFCC or cracking units.
• Strong C&I technical background covering DCS, SIS, PLC, instrumentation and analysers.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate C&I turnaround work scope.
• Prepare management of change documentation.
• Oversee detailed work pack development.
• Identify resource and vendor requirements.
• Produce job plans, task lists, and cost and labour estimates.
• Coordinate vendor activities for SIS, DCS, PLCs, instrumentation and analysers.
• Support punch list and close-out activities.
