Job summary

Compass Group PLC’s Levy UK & Ireland division seeks a C&E Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle for conference and event clients in Greater London. You’ll craft tailored proposals, manage accounts, and collaborate with Commercial, Culinary and Operations teams to maximise revenue and create memorable experiences.

Build a strong pipeline, upsell opportunities, and support event delivery with client meetings, tastings and on-site management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in sales or account management within hospitality, catering or events.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and profit targets across assigned C&E accounts in line with commercial strategy.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry and proposal through to contract and booking.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Event Planning, Operations and Culinary teams to create successful events.
• Support event delivery through client meetings, tastings, pre-con meetings, and on-site management.
