Job summary

A R Banks Civil Engineering Ltd is seeking an experienced LGV Class 1 (C+E) driver who holds HIAB/loader crane certification to carry out loading, unloading and lifting operations across a range of projects.

You will work with site teams to ensure safe deliveries and operations, coordinate with lifting personnel, and travel across regions as required. A valid LGV Class 1 licence with Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph, plus HIAB qualification, are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid LGV Class 1 licence with Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Hold a current HIAB / loader crane qualification.
• Have experience carrying out HIAB lifting operations in accordance with site procedures.
• Understand the importance of communication, planning, and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Transporting plant, materials, and equipment using HIAB-equipped vehicles.
• Operating the lorry loader crane for loading and unloading.
• Coordinating with site teams and lifting personnel to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.
• Supporting the positioning of materials and equipment on site.
• Working across the South Coast and nationwide on a wide range of industrial, infrastructure, and specialist projects.
