Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island is seeking an M&E Porter to help deliver exceptional events experiences. This hands-on role involves setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the Leonardo standard, while providing warm, friendly service to organisers and guests.

You will work as part of a vibrant team, think on your feet to meet client needs, and maintain strong communication with colleagues to achieve department KPIs and a first-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest-facing skills are essential.
• Ability to think on your feet and respond to changing event needs.
• Attention to detail is important for setting up and refreshing function rooms.

Responsibilities

• Set up, refresh and clear meeting and events spaces to Leonardo standards.
• Greet organisers and be attentive to guests to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve department KPIs and seamless event delivery.
• Support with event handovers and post-event clearance.
