Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited's UK C-17 International Training Centre in Farnborough is seeking a C-17 Maintenance Training Instructor to develop, deliver and evaluate technical training for C-17 Technicians from international customers.

The role requires aircraft maintenance experience, IT proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to obtain UK Security Clearance; preferred experience includes C-17 maintenance and instructional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Aircraft maintenance experience.
• IT proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate technical training to C-17 Technicians for international customers.
• Conduct analyses to identify training needs and define objectives and design.
• Establish processes to identify training content and evaluate effectiveness.
• Use software to research, configure, maintain and develop training media and materials.
• Gather data to support proposal development activities.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of training products.
• Coach and develop others.
• Provide training services meeting high technical and quality standards.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met and policies followed.
• Support training devices to the required standard.
