Key Responsibilities:

- Stock Management: Oversee stock levels alongside the merchandising team to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock situations. Monitor inventory performance to adjust buying strategies as needed.
- Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of market trends, understanding the latest styles, cultural influences, and emerging brands. Ensure the product offering reflects the tastes and preferences of target audiences.
- Use data to analyze product performance, identify sales opportunities, and adjust buying plans to meet business objectives. Drive sales growth through informed decisions on product selection and pricing.
- Work closely with the size? Group leadership team to support and integrate all product launches into campaigns and digital platforms.
