What We're Looking For:
- Ability to work under pressure, utilising strong project management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel
- A passion for merchandising and fashion, with a good understanding of the industry and competitors
-Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
-Preparing and producing planograms to share with the field team.
- Responsible for weekly order raising and sending to suppliers within agreed timescales, whilst familiarising oneself with orders and being able to answer any questions internally or externally.
- Pro-actively chase samples; ensure samples are managed, labelled and in the correct location, checking samples against specs and requirements.
- Assisting in managing meeting requirements and ensuring the delivery of current data.
- Administration tasks for the B&M team to include: prep of trade information, analysis of promotional markdowns, and regular reporting tasks as set out by the buyer.
- Work closely with the QA to ensure testing requirements are managed.
