Job Details

• Job Title: Buyer
• Location: Cheshire
• Salary: GBP 35,000 - GBP 40,000 per annum
• Holidays: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
• Sector: Purchasing / Buying / Procurement

Responsibilities

• Actively sourcing and researching new products with suppliers
• Managing relationships with suppliers
• Negotiating and purchasing products from approved suppliers
• Coordinating product samples and completing associated new line forms
• Managing purchase orders
• Working closely with the operations team

Candidate Profile

We are keen to speak to individuals with experience in buying pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or healthcare products.

• Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or buyer role
• Experience purchasing pharmaceutical or commodity/FMCG products
• Experience with importing products (desirable)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
