What You'll Do

1. Procure materials from suppliers with agreed trading agreements
2. Procure materials with the required accreditations
3. Procure materials in line with the build program, ensuring timely delivery to site
4. Ensure materials ordered meet contract specifications
5. Offer alternative products to save time and/or money
6. Negotiate commercial agreements within contract allowances
7. Ensure all orders and deliveries comply with health & safety and environmental policies
8. Resolve defective delivery issues
9. Raise purchase orders and enquiries following company procedures
10. Assist estimating departments with product information and current pricing
11. Assist accounts department with invoice-related issues
12. Attend pre-start contract meetings for contract information and site conditions
13. Input official orders into the Coins computer system for auditing and accounting
14. Work considerately in an office environment
15. Communicate Seddon trading agreements to ensure maximum benefit at bid and delivery stages
16. Represent the company at engagement and collaboration events as required
