Job summary

The Candidate Recruitment Agency in Manchester is seeking an experienced Buyer to join a fast-paced fashion business. You will own categories from development through to trade and manage long-lead product development, fittings and sign-offs, ensuring on-time delivery and commercial success.

You will negotiate with suppliers, monitor KPIs and bestsellers, lead category trading, and develop junior team members. Overseas buying trips and strong trend awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Buyer level within fashion.
• Strong long-lead buying experience.
• Strong commercial and trend awareness.
• Confident supplier negotiation and management skills.
• Experience managing junior team members.
• Overseas buying trip experience.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially focused.
