Job summary

The Candidate Ltd is seeking a Junior Buyer with a strong short-lead UK fashion background to join a fast-paced fashion business. You will support category ownership from development through to trade and help manage product developments and supplier communications.

Key responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, monitoring sales and KPIs, and assisting with daily trading decisions. Travel for buying trips may be required and you will work closely with the buying team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Junior Buyer level within fashion.
• Strong short-lead UK buying experience.
• Excellent understanding of fast-paced product development.
• Strong commercial and trend awareness.
• Good supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Overseas buying trip experience.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work at pace.
• Strong eye for fashion and commercially relevant trends.
