Job summary

The Candidate Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Buyer with a strong long-lead fashion background to join a fast-paced, growing fashion business. The role requires experience across knitwear, coats/outerwear and denim, and a sharp eye for commercial trends.

You will own categories from development through to sign-off and trade, manage supplier relationships and pricing, oversee fittings, monitor KPIs, lead junior team members and participate in overseas buying trips.

Qualifications

• Proven Buyer experience within fashion.
• Long-lead buying experience.
• Experience across knitwear, coats/outerwear and/or denim.
• Strong commercial and trend awareness.
• Confident supplier negotiation and management skills.
• Experience managing junior team members and overseas buying trips.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially focused.
