Staffline is recruiting Butchers for a pork-processing and abattoir site in the United Kingdom. The role is full-time with fixed shifts, starting at 06:45 and finishing around 16:30, with paid overtime.

Base pay is £13.63 per hour, with overtime at £20.45 per hour. The role includes full training, onsite parking, PPE provision, and temp-to-perm opportunities. Staffline operates across England, Scotland, and Wales, connecting workers with temporary and permanent roles.

The rate of pay is

£13.63 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at

£20.45 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:

- 06:45am to 4:30pm

Your Time at Work

As a Butcher you will be responsible for:

• Dismantling pork sides, shoulders, loins, bellies and legs into primal and sub-primal cuts
• Removing bones, excess fat and rind while minimizing product waste
• Operating sharp knives safely while following strict food hygiene and health regulations

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker must be able to do a heavy physical role for pro-longed periods, a level of manual lifting and heavy lifting is involved.

Applicants will be reliable, punctual and show good commitment.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
