Job summary

Sofina Foods is seeking an exceptional People leader to coordinate site initiatives across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, inductions, and training. You will shape HR delivery to align with business goals and drive organisational capability across the plant.

Qualifications include a degree or CIPD, with desirable FMCG experience and strong change-management and development planning skills. The role offers a competitive package and the chance to influence culture at the Malton site.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent/CIPD qualified (Desirable).
• FMCG industry experience at similar level is desirable.
• Working knowledge of Employee Relations and current Employment Law (Desirable).
• Change management: restructuring & reorganisation (Essential).
• Performance management and development planning (Essential).

• Define, improve and deliver all People related activity to meet current and future business needs.
• Oversee all people related aspects of food production processes ensuring best in class delivery of the right people with the right skills in the right roles.
• Provide support and challenge to other members of the management team.
• Assist with change management process across departments to drive capability and culture.
• Role model Sofina values and deliver a professional HR service to all factory areas.
• Ensure right person recruited with right skills at the right time.
