Job summary

Fairfax Meadow in Derby is seeking a butcher with proven experience in meat handling and strong knowledge of food safety. The role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who can work 06:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, at the Derby site. Salary is up to £34,983 per year with benefits including pension and staff discounts.

Candidate should have prior butcher experience or work in a similar meat environment and be committed to high hygiene standards and health & safety rules.
