Job summary

Fairfax Meadow is recruiting a butcher for our Derby site. You should have experience handling meat and a solid understanding of food hygiene and health & safety rules. A positive, self-motivated attitude will help you thrive in a busy environment.

Working hours are 06:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday. Salary up to £34,983 per annum plus night shift premium, with benefits including pension, generous holiday, flexibility and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience of handling meat.
• Good knowledge of food safety.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a meat environment.
