  1. Lead sourcing and business development through face-to-face prospecting.
  2. Research leads to find key decision-makers and influencers.
  3. Regularly follow up with decision-makers to build and generate new business relationships.
  4. Set in-person business appointments.
  5. Convert outbound/inbound leads into paid business customers.
  6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and defined KPIs.
  7. Manage business client expectations and address related inquiries.
  8. Excellent communication skills and work ethic.
  9. Previous sales experience is an asset.
  10. Desire to advance their career within the B2B Sales and Marketing industry.
