Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Support Officer based at our Ashford depot.

The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the central head-office functions, and tier 0-1 systems/software support to staff across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Primary point of contact for user-support on various systems including: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PACCAR.net, e-learning portal, Absence Management System
  • Maintenance of user profiles and accurate company/staff data within those systems
  • Assist in the maintenance and development of the Company intranet (SharePoint)
  • Create and update template documents and forms as needed.
  • Log company training records and assign e-learning courses
  • Administration of other company records including waste documentation & utility data
  • Maintain and review compliance documentation from customers and suppliers
  • Order and distribute staff corporate workwear.
  • Assist with the review and reporting of KPI’s, customer surveys, and complaints
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects for head office functions, including new system rollouts
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills – (specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - ability to design forms/templates, presentations, produce spreadsheets, and graphs
  • Able to provide basic support to users at all levels of the organisation on software/systems within scope, resolving queries where possible, and escalating where necessary
  • Experience in an administrative role – ideally including maintaining user profiles/permissions
  • Demonstrable experience supporting users with software programmes
  • Experience administering a SharePoint site or similar
  • Experience administering compliance documentation
  • Experience conducting data analysis and/or producing and monitoring KPIs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platforms, Kerridge and/or DocuSign
