Job summary

The University of Essex is seeking a technically minded colleague to join our Finance Systems team within Finance, Planning and Data Insight. This role supports the operation, development and continuous improvement of the University’s finance systems on campus in Colchester.

You will provide application and technical support, assist end users, contribute to upgrades and reporting, and help safeguard data integrity.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree, AAT qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting an ERP or finance system.
• Understanding of core financial processes (AP, AR, GL).
• Strong Excel skills and confidence analysing system issues.
