Job summary

Ortus PSR Ltd. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Leicester with hybrid work after training. The role blends support, project delivery, and training across Intelliflo, Omniphi, Virtual Cabinet, Moneyinfo, Sage, Adobe, and Microsoft 365.

You’ll work directly with senior operations leadership, shaping how the business uses its systems and data. FCA-regulated exposure and professional development are highlighted in the package.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering business systems and applications, including Microsoft 365.
• Experience working with third-party software providers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and second-line support for the firm's core business applications.
• Manage system configuration, user access and troubleshoot workflow/data issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and coordinate with external IT provider on wider infrastructure.
• Identify system improvements and support delivery of projects from requirements through to UAT.
• Develop training materials and drive user adoption of new tools and processes.

Leicester, Leicestershire | Hybrid after training | £37,500 - £42,500 DOE + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits
