Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions in Bristol is seeking a Business Systems Manager to drive ERP and CRM initiatives, align systems with business needs, and deliver cross-functional improvements in a growing manufacturing environment.

You will lead projects, analyze processes and data, train users, and support wider IT initiatives, with a hybrid pattern (1 day per week remote).

Want to play a key role in shaping the future of business systems within a growing manufacturing company? Looking for a varied position where you'll combine ERP and CRM support, project delivery, process improvement, data analysis and stakeholder engagement?

Here is a role at a successful and expanding manufacturer that is investing heavily in its systems, processes and technology. As part of that growth, they are looking to appoint a Deputy Business Systems Manager to work closely with the Business Systems Manager and wider leadership team to drive continuous improvement across the business.

This is far more than a traditional support role. You'll have the opportunity to influence how the business operates, lead systems improvement projects, work across multiple departments, and become a key point of contact for business-critical applications. The position offers a diverse mix of ERP and CRM management, project work, business analysis, process improvement, user training and data-driven decision making, making it an ideal move for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a visible impact.
