Step into Learning in Launceston is seeking a proactive administrator to provide front-of-house and reception support in a busy environment. You will handle queries by phone, email and in person, prepare information packs, and assist with events and office administration.
The role includes ordering, petty cash, IT/SharePoint support and on-site health and safety monitoring, with a DBS check required. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion is essential.

The post holder will provide a consistent reception, attendance and administrative support function. The role receives and routes general enquiries, prepares approved information and recruitment packs, and provides event and office administration.
The role also includes routine organisational ordering and petty-cash administration, day-to-day IT and SharePoint support, administrative support for the Business Support Lead, onsite health and safety monitoring, and limited medication support.
Closing date of application 4th September 2026. Interviews will take place week commencing 14th September 2026 and you will be notified if you have been shortlisted or not.
