Wandsworth Safeguarding Children Partnership (WSCP) is jointly led by the Police, Integrated Care Board and the Council.We are responsible for protecting children and young people in Wandsworth from harm, abuse, neglect and exploitation, and promoting their welfare.
As a Senior Business Support Officer, your role will be key within our partnership with lead responsibility for providing efficient and effective clerical and administrative support to the WSCP and its subgroups as required.

About the role
In this unique role, you will be reporting directly to the Safeguarding Partnership Business Manager, with reach across all partner agencies.You will work on behalf of the partnership and Business Manager with a broad range of individual and organisational contacts involved with safeguarding from across the public, private, voluntary and independent sectors.
This will include contact with elected members, chief officers and heads of service, to support the statutory official functions of the Partnership as per the requirements set out in Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023. You will be also taking minutes of nominated partnership meetings as agreed.
