About The Role
Wandsworth Safeguarding Children Partnership (WSCP) is jointly led by the Police, Integrated Care Board and the Council. We are responsible for protecting children and young people in Wandsworth from harm, abuse, neglect and exploitation, and promoting their welfare.
As a Senior Business Support Officer, your role will be key within our partnership, providing efficient and effective clerical and administrative support to the WSCP and its subgroups as required.
Can you bring your excellent communication skills and work with a wide range of stakeholders, from colleagues to external partners, to help us protect children and young people?
About The Role
In this role, you will report directly to the Safeguarding Partnership Business Manager, working across all partner agencies. You will support the partnership and Business Manager with a broad range of contacts involved in safeguarding from public, private, voluntary, and independent sectors. This includes contact with elected members, chief officers, and heads of service, to support the statutory functions of the Partnership as per Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023. You will also be responsible for taking minutes of nominated partnership meetings.
