Business Support Officer (Home Ownership) - 1 year Secondment opportunity / fixed-term contract.
GRADE 4 Salary: £30,630-£32,931 per annum
At London Borough of Havering's Home Ownership team, we aim to improve leasehold management services and compliance. Our team manages leasehold compliance, sales, marketing, Right to Buy, income recovery, and service charge billing and consultation. We oversee a diverse property portfolio across the borough, including new build properties. Our goal is to increase efficiencies and transparency for homeowners.
This role is crucial in leasehold compliance, supporting the team to deliver high-quality services. It involves initiating processes, passing information efficiently, maintaining records, and reporting performance.
