We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Officer to work across our 3 children's homes Tudor House, Drove Road and Rainbow Lodge.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.

Drove Road and Tudor House provide short breaks to children and young people with complex disabilities, Rainbow Lodge provides full time care to children with complex disabilities. We are looking for a Business Support Officer / Administrative Assistant across the 3 homes. You will support the staff and managers at the 3 homes, including answering the phones to parents / carers and professionals, processing invoices and payments and purchases, organising repairs, providing parents/ carers written information about their child's stays, ensuring files are up to date and minuting meetings, as well as any other administration duties that arise. It is essential that you have the ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone and in writing and to manage an evolving workload using your time-management skills.
You will have experience of working in a busy office environment with the ability to prioritise your workload around the demands of the service and strict deadlines. This role involves the use of various computer packages and requires you to be able to monitor and analyse data for your team as well as running reports to ensure adherence to statutory deadlines. First impressions count so we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, confident and experienced administrator to represent our service.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hoursor term-time only.
