An exciting opportunity exists at Barnet Education and Learning Service for a self-motivated individual to join the Business Support and Communications Team. This role supports SEN Caseworkers in delivering quality services within statutory deadlines, requiring attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join Barnet Education and Learning Service (BELS) within the Business Support and Communications Team. Working days are from Monday to Friday.
We are looking for someone competent and confident in using standard Microsoft Office products, with proven experience in handling confidential and sensitive personal information securely. The role involves regular contact with parents and external parties and supports SEN Caseworkers in managing and delivering quality SEN services within statutory deadlines.
Main responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, working independently, gathering information, paying attention to details, and meeting deadlines.
Candidates should have basic office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; training will be provided. Knowledge of GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 is essential.
