Business Support Office Manager Location: Central London£50,000 - £60,000 per annum We're looking for a highly organised Office/Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our London office, including facilities and client suite management. This client-facing role is ideal for someone with professional services or law firm experience, who can ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the client suite, ensuring high-quality service and presentation.Manage facilities, suppliers, office supplies, and maintenance.Lead a small team, handling recruitment, onboarding, and performance.Ensure health & safety compliance, including first aid, fire safety, and risk assessments.Manage office budgets and procurement.Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards (e., GDPR, AML, SRA).
Requirements:
