Are you ready to make a real impact in a vibrant organisation? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Support Manager to join our team! You will be working for a new organisation, funded by the Mayor of London and London boroughs, designed to make Londoners' homes greener, healthier and more affordable to heat by being more energy efficient.


This new initiative is set to forge bold new partnerships, working with all levels of government, as well as with housing associations, builders, community energy groups, and training organisations



In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth operations of our organisation, driving efficiency and fostering a collaborative environment. If you are passionate about creating a positive workplace and committed to operational excellence, we want to hear from you!



Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
    Develop and implement standardised processes to enhance operational effectiveness

  • Plan and execute organisational events, including coordination and materials

  • Provide administrative support for senior governance boards to ensure effective functioning

  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of business support functions - analyse data to provide insights for process improvements

  • Oversee the working environment, ensuring facilities are in top shape

  • Implement health and safety policies to create a secure workplace

  • Manage budgets and hospitality arrangements for stakeholder engagement

  • Previous experience in a similar role
