Job summary

Nottinghamshire Hospice Limited is seeking a Business Support Manager to oversee business systems, clinical administration, and operational reporting. You will work with leadership to provide accurate, timely information for patient services, workforce planning and governance.

You will also support payroll processing and lead the Care Administration team, driving efficiency and consistency across services and staff. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills including Excel and multiple systems
• Experience with rostering, payroll and management information
• Experience producing and analysing management information
• Experience with workforce/rostering systems
• Experience with payroll systems / processes
• Excellent organisational and project-management skills
• Ability to work with clinical and non-clinical staff
• Experience handling confidential information and governance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely clinical and operational reports and dashboards
• Manage data quality, access controls and audits across systems
• Support payroll processing and data inputting for monthly payroll
• Lead the Care Administration Team and develop team skills and efficiencies
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks
• Design and deliver in-house staff training on data accuracy and systems
