Job summary

Northridge Finance, part of Bank of Ireland UK PLC, is offering a part-time role in Belfast for an early-career entry into financial services. The position provides exposure from intermediary interactions to handling end customers, with opportunities to upskill and advance internally.

The role requires availability for 12 hours per week, including weekend and evening shifts, with an emphasis on customer service and adherence to group policies.

• Action outgoing calls by telephones to our customers, and provide a high level of service to customers, colleagues and intermediaries
• Be flexible in relation to working hours, we operate an out of hours service on a rota basis.

What is the opportunity?

This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in financial services. Northridge is unique in that we offer an end to end experience. Starting from the intermediary interaction to dealing with the end customer and everything in-between. Upskill opportunities are readily available which means internal progression is an everyday reality within Northridge Finance.

Please note this is a part-time role, working 12 hours per week. The working hours will include weekend hours between 10-am & 5pm, and weekdays between 4.30pm & 7pm.

In this role you will -

• Ensure effective and corrective action is taken on all accounts in accordance with company procedure and Group Compliance Policy.
• Handle customer/dealer queries as they arise by telephone, correspondence, or email, in line with Group Policies.
• Lead and support customers/dealers throughout the complaint process
• Action outgoing calls by telephones to our customers, and provide a high level of service to customers, colleagues and intermediaries
• Be flexible in relation to working hours, we operate an out of hours service on a rota basis.
