Job summary

Northridge Finance, part of Bank of Ireland UK, invites you to apply for a part-time customer service role in Belfast. You will handle customer and dealer queries by telephone, email or correspondence, supporting intermediaries and guiding customers through the process in line with company policy.

The position is 12 hours per week, includes weekend hours on a rota basis, and offers opportunities for upskilling and internal progression within a customer-focused financial services environment.

Please note this is a part-time role, working 12 hours per week. The working hours will include weekend hours between 10-am & 5pm, and weekdays between 4.30pm & 7pm.

In this role you will
  • Ensure effective and corrective action is taken on all accounts in accordance with company procedure and Group Compliance Policy.
  • Handle customer/dealer queries as they arise by telephone, correspondence, or email, in line with Group Policies.
  • Lead and support customers/dealers throughout the complaint process
  • Action outgoing calls by telephones to our customers, and provide a high level of service to customers, colleagues and intermediaries
  • Be flexible in relation to working hours, we operate an out of hours service on a rota basis.
