The Role

We are seeking a Head of Finance and Commercial Excellence to lead our recently integrated function. Based in Nottingham and responsible for a team of approximately 16 people, you will deliver high‑quality financial and performance insights while ensuring adherence to strong accounting practices.

Collaboration and transparency in financial reporting with our Finance teams in Sweden and Denmark will be essential.

This role leads the UK Finance & Business Support functions, driving commercial excellence and providing the commercial insight needed to influence revenue growth and strategic decisions. You will play a key role in shaping the UK business strategy, leading annual planning and forecasting, and partner closely with the UK Leadership Team to deliver priorities and maintain strong engagement. You’ll ensure robust financial control, oversee business support operations, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. The role also owns performance management, delivers high‑quality management information, and builds a high‑performing Finance & Commercial Excellence team to support future growth.
