Join a leading healthcare organization in Wareham as part of the Estates and Facilities Division. This full-time role involves diverse administrative tasks, customer service, and teamwork, with opportunities for hybrid working after training. You'll be integral to supporting various teams across Dorset.
We have two full-time vacancies within our busy Estates and Facilities Division - Property and Contracts Management Team.
We seek enthusiastic, proactive team players with broad administrative skills to join this friendly team. Customer service is key, and a can-do attitude with the ability to meet strict deadlines is essential.
You will handle purchase processes and other business functions, working on our Service Desk and using various IT systems to manage workload.
The role is primarily Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00, based in our Wareham, Dorset office, with the option for hybrid working once fully trained. The team supports Estates Trades across Dorset, clinical teams, Estates Stores, and Divisional Management.
Expect a wide range of tasks; no two days are the same.
