Job description

Vacancies in Estates and Facilities Division - Property and Contracts Management Team

We have two full-time vacancies within our busy Estates and Facilities Division - Property and Contracts Management Team.

We seek enthusiastic, proactive team players with broad administrative skills to join this friendly team. Customer service is key, and a can-do attitude with the ability to meet strict deadlines is essential.

You will handle purchase processes and other business functions, working on our Service Desk and using various IT systems to manage workload.

The role is primarily Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00, based in our Wareham, Dorset office, with the option for hybrid working once fully trained. The team supports Estates Trades across Dorset, clinical teams, Estates Stores, and Divisional Management.

Expect a wide range of tasks; no two days are the same.

Note: Applications from candidates requiring current Skilled Worker sponsorship are ineligible.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handling and processing compliance documents
  2. Arranging and attending service meetings, taking minutes
  3. Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  4. Monitoring the Service Desk inbox
  5. Handling staff queries via telephone and email regarding Micads
  6. Monitoring and prioritising faults using the Micad system
  7. Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and staff at all levels
