What You'll Do:

Executive & Office Support

  • Provide day-to-day admin and PA-style support, including to the CEO during Chief of Staff absence
  • Conduct business-related research for projects and initiatives
  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations
  • Maintain stock levels in kitchen areas and ensure a smooth office environment
  • Book and track maintenance visits, follow up actions, and drive simple efficiencies
  • Roll up your sleeves when needed, no task too small or beneath you
  • Carry out a broad range of administrative and organisational tasks across the business, this role will grow and evolve in line with the capabilities and initiative of the individual

People & Culture Support

  • Assist with HR paperwork and onboarding tasks for new starters
  • Maintain and update digital employee files (Cezanne HR)
  • Track compliance and training via our Learning Management System
  • Monitor uniform and PPE stock, preparing for new starters
  • File and scan interview documents and ensure right to work checks are recorded

What You’ll Bring:

  • Superb organisational skills with eagle-eyed attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling a variety of admin tasks, big and small
  • No-nonsense, practical approach and great at suggesting & implementing improvements
  • Solid administration experience, HR experience is a bonus
  • Trustworthy and discreet - you’ll be handling confidential information
  • Confident, proactive and hands-on
