Justteachers are currently seeking a talented Business Studies teacher to work within a large Secondary Academy in Lincoln. This is a long-term, part-time cover role starting ASAP until the end of the academic year, working 3-4 days a week.

The school is part of a large Academy trust committed to helping students flourish in their unique ways. It offers a welcoming learning community that recognizes individual success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning and delivering Business Studies up to GCSE (Y7-Y11).
2. Following the UK national curriculum to create inspiring lessons.
3. Building strong rapport with students and managing classroom behaviour.
4. Enforcing the school's behaviour management policies when needed.
5. Tracking student progress and assessments.

Candidate Requirements

1. Ability to teach Business to KS3 and KS4; A-Level teaching experience is an advantage.
2. Provide two references from recent teaching roles.
3. Up-to-date knowledge of the UK curriculum.
4. Strong subject knowledge.
5. Ability to build rapport with students of all abilities.
