Job summary

Unicorn Recruitment Limited currently seeks a Business Skills Assessor and IQA for a growing training provider delivering apprenticeships, traineeships and full cost training across Yorkshire and the East Midlands.

The role requires delivering the full apprenticeship framework, inspiring, educating and assisting learners to succeed in their chosen career, with a varied caseload and responsibilities including Management, Team Leading, Business Admin and Customer Service assessments and IQA

Qualifications

• PTTLS / QTTLS / DTLLS or higher is required.
• IQA qualification is preferred.
• Experience with OFSTED is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess and verify teaching, learning and training practice within the qualifications.
• Undertake observations and IQA activity to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely learner achievement and meet targets/KPIs set by the company.
• Complete observations, post-observation reporting, planning and support to drive learner progress.
