Job summary

The Danos Group is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join its Risk team in London. You will support product reviews, ensure operational resilience, remediate and execute risk controls, and drive continuous improvement in line with business initiatives.

You will work on front-office support, prepare presentations for local and Group committees, and contribute to ad hoc projects that enhance protection of the bank and its clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or compliance, or frontline roles with exposure to risk and controls.
• Experience in private banking; preferably in a small to mid-sized organisation.

Our Client, a leading Private Bank, are looking for a Business Risk Manager to join their Risk team to support in conducting product reviews; ensuring operational resilience; remediating and executing risk and controls; and ensuring continuous improvement in line with the business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the front-office in the compliant execution of processes
• Preparation of presentations to local and Group committees
• Support ad hoc projects and/or tasks that may arise within the scope of the BRM team aimed at enhancing the protection of the Bank and its clients.

Key Requirements:

• 5 year experience in risk management, compliance or alternatively in frontline roles with proven exposure to risk and control activity
• Experience working within private banking - ideally in a small to mid-sized organisation

This is a permanent role and will be fully on-site in their London offices.
