Overview:
The Technology Operational Risk Controls Manager will work alongside the existing Technology 1LoD Operational Risk Management team and report to the Director, Operational Resilience - LSE plc and FX in Markets Engineering.
They are responsible for assessing technical risks and working with control owners to ensure that the corresponding key and non-key controls are designed and operating to the LSEG Group Technology standards, including risk assessments, reporting, and governance within the business-facing division.
The role will also ensure compliance with control frameworks such as COBIT 2019, NIST, and ITIL. The technical areas will cover vulnerability management and remediations across the control landscape, focusing on tactical and strategic improvements. The role may also focus on regulatory compliance, including PS21/3 and DORA.
This is a fixed-term contract until the end of 2025.
