This Business Quality Officer job in Farnborough is for a multi-award winning national financial advice business, building a diverse workforce
As a Business Quality Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing the suitability and quality of advice through file checking cases pre-sale. If you identify any areas of concern or development, it would be part of your role to provide appropriate and supportive feedback to the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
As such, you will be regularly working with your fellow departments such as Training & Compliance, Technical & Proposition and Paraplanning. The business utilises hybrid working plus likes to attend meetings in their Farnborough office
The position is similar to that of an IFA File Checker.
