Role Purpose

The Training & Quality Manager will be responsible for all matters relating to training and quality in the airport environment, with a special focus on managing and overseeing the training program.

What you will be doing

  1. Deliver all required training to the highest possible standard in line with the Menzies Learning and Development Policy, ensuring records and compliance are kept up to date and accurate.
  2. Communicate effectively with the FOH Duty Manager and Training and Quality Lead to ensure staff are available for observation and assessments.
  3. Gather and process all data and documentation necessary for the success of the Training Department, using manual, automated, or computerized systems, including report writing.
  4. Demonstrate flexibility in attending and delivering company and airline courses for existing and future airline customers.
  5. Attend any courses required by Menzies Aviation to enable regulatory and mandatory training delivery worldwide.
