We are working with a renowned IT consultancy service provider seeking a Business Process Specialist on a contractual basis.

This role involves secondment to a globally established insurance provider within their P&C department.

The ideal candidate will be capable of:

• Identifying process optimisation opportunities in Underwriting
• Engaging with onshore underwriting teams for support activities, including BPO
• Producing an operating model of on/offshore supporting non-UW activities
• Understanding non-UW team activities that can be handed over to operations teams
• Establishing the resourcing model of UW support services led by on/offshore operations teams by producing and tracking project timelines efficiently
• Ensuring benefit and prioritisation frameworks align with gathered requirements
• Utilising well-regarded improvement methodologies to drive process optimisation
• Creating necessary collateral, e.g., As-Is & To-Be process maps, RACI, Charter, etc.
• Ensuring optimised process controls are in place to ensure sustainability
• Stakeholder engagement and management

Required:

• Work experience in P&C Insurance in Quote-to-bind process
• Experience with end-to-end operating models
• Previous experience within an underwriting capacity
• Experience working within onshore/offshore environments
• Full UK right to work without restrictions (no sponsorship provided)
