Job summary

Worldpay in Manchester is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the WPG Settlements team. You will lead reconciliation and reporting activities, resolve aged items, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to month-end reporting and MI production.

You’ll manage audits and incidents, support strategic change projects, monitor risk and controls, and translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations and reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical skills with root cause analysis and MI reporting.
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive operational change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead reconciliation and reporting activities, including aged item resolution, month-end reporting and MI production.
• Manage audit tasks, incidents, and regulatory adherence with root cause analysis.
• Support strategic change initiatives and project delivery across the business.
• Monitor risk, controls, KPI and KRI performance; review SOPs quarterly.
• Translate complex data into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
