Job summary

Investigo are recruiting a Business Process Analyst for a fully remote role with occasional travel. You will shape how automation, AI, and process optimisation drive innovation and efficiency across the technology function.

You will map, document, and analyse end-to-end processes, collaborating with business and tech teams to identify automation opportunities and define clear requirements for delivery teams.

Qualifications

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how the business leverages automation, AI, and process optimisation to drive innovation and efficiency.

As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to analyse, document, and improve end-to-end processes, helping to unlock opportunities for automation and AI-enabled transformation.
