Gist is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support change and transformation, basing in Chineham with hybrid working. You will translate operating challenges into clear requirements and help shape structured governance and documentation for projects.
You will develop governance materials, stage gate frameworks and dashboards, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure business objectives are met while driving continuous improvement and effective decision-making.

Our Solutions and Optimisation team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Process Analyst where you will support our change and transformation agenda working closely with operational, technical and project teams to understand, capture and shape business needs into clear and structured requirements.
This is a newly created role, and we are looking for someone who can base themselves in Chineham, we also operate a hybrid working policy enabling flexible working.

To be successful in your application you will be an experienced Business Analyst ideally within an operational or business‑led environment. You will be able to demonstrate skills and experiences in:
It would be desirable, however not essential if you have an understanding of project management methodologies, experience of supporting the development of project frameworks, tools or templates and experience of working in an evolving organisation with project structures, governance and practices continuing to develop.
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + Bonus
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
