Gist Ltd is recruiting a Night Admin Coordinator for our Portbury operation, relocating to a new Avonmouth Distribution Centre in Summer 2027. The role supports customer orders, stock control and shift handovers in a fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse environment.
The candidate will manage multiple tasks, communicate with customers and suppliers, and ensure accurate stock checks and reporting while working 18:00–06:00 on a 4 on/4 off pattern.

As an Night Admin Coordinator, you'll play a key role at the heart of our Portbury operation, where every action you take contributes to customers enjoying their favourite M&S food. This is an exciting time to join the business as we continue to invest in our operations, with this role relocating to our brand-new, state-of-the-art Distribution Centre in Avonmouth in Summer 2027, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of our future growth and success.
Our Portbury operation is looking for candidates who can commit to a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, working 18:00 PM to 06:00 AM.
Salary: Up to £31,400 per annum + £1,700 Unsocial Hours Premium
Working hours: NIGHTS - 4 on, 4 off / 18:00 PM to 06:00 AM (A level of flexibility is expected to ensure effective operational coverage)
Location: Gist Ltd, First Avenue, Royal Portbury Docks, Bristol BS20 7XR
