Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking a Data Analyst to join a growing team in Bristol on a hybrid basis (1–2 days on site).

The role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights to support client implementations and internal initiatives. You will profile, cleanse and model data, build Power BI reports, and present findings to senior stakeholders. 4+ years’ experience, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Azure DevOps are required. Up to £65k plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analyst, performance analyst, BI analyst or similar focused on operational or delivery performance.
• Strong analytical skills to profile, cleanse, reconcile and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience using Power BI.
• Good working knowledge of data querying.
• Experience and working knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Power Query, data modelling, relationships and DAX measures.
• Experience defining baselines, targets, KPIs and supporting measures.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery.
• Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
