Job Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of operational strategies and objectives across the UK Operations.
• Customer-facing for existing and potential clients.
• Assist in new business development in the area.
• Source & manage staffing for internal and client-facing agency operations.
• Implement and manage process changes to optimize productivity and profitability while ensuring client satisfaction on delivery.
• Own and manage budgets across all aspects of business operations.
• Site Health and Safety management.
• Manage and maintain site 5s standards.
• Responsibility for site security.
• Manage site KPIs to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve product quality, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance overall operations.
• Evaluate, improve, and establish SOPs and KPIs aligned with best practices.
• Manage, implement, and maintain programs and processes for ISO & other standards compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial experience in the IT industry.
• Problem-solving, service-focused, with proven ability to deliver within tight budgets and deadlines.
• Business Management degree or related field preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to operate with a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent motivational leadership skills and ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of demand planning, distribution, warehouse management, logistics, transportation, purchasing, and customs compliance preferred.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement, LEAN, or Six Sigma is advantageous.
• Operate with professionalism and integrity, including handling confidential information.
